Reeshemah also know as “Mz. No Nonsense” set a goal for herself years ago, to be at the top in the Caribbean entertainment industry for promotions, marketing artist management and booking and she is steadily reaching it. Her mission is to transform the ordinary into Extraordinary. Her goal is to highlight the untapped essence of the Caribbean and incorporate a taste of our Caribbean Culture as signature pieces for your most memorable occasion. As she would put events together she began booking artists to entertain the guests, after a while artists began coming to her asking her to book them for various events. Other event organizers asked for her assistance in promoting their events. Shortly after, she decided to expand the services of Sabree Special Events to incorporate artist management and artist bookings.

She comes from the business side of the book publishing industry. Prior to entering the publishing industry she began organizing events for her college, family and friends. After spending six years in publishing she decided to take the opportunity to focus on event planning. She has successfully organized Festivals. She was also instrumental in organizing, marketing and promoting the 1st nationally recognized Caribbean American Heritage Month in June 2006. Within her tasks, she organized an Arts Festival on Ellis Island, the 1st ever in honor of Caribbean American Heritage Month. She has successfully worked on the Harlem Book Fair for the past 7 years (the largest nationally recognized African-American book fair) currently in its 12th year. Within the entertainment industry she’s worked on red carpets events for Hip Hop Honors Awards Terrell Owens, Macka Diamond, Lexus of Manhattan, International Reggae and World Music Awards. Working with names such as DJ Noire, Stinga Movements Sound, New Kingston Band, Ky-Mani Marley, Pinchers to name a few.

She believes no event is too small and welcomes the challenge of putting together unique events while creating your most memorable.

Her focus is the entertainment industry, transferring some of the knowledge from publishing to assist the artists she works with, providing guidance about the business side of the industry. She also has the opportunity to travel and build networks in other states and countries to provide additional exposure to the artists she works with.

She prides herself on having unique elements that make the company and herself stand out from others, Sabree Special Events is one of the few companies that infuse the Caribbean artists into the American entertainment industry events and host Red Carpet events for the Caribbean community.
